I had a really great time at the yogs sports competition in December 2021.
I was a bit nervous about entering a yoga competition as I had never done anything like this before. But I decided to overcome my anxieties and step out of my comfort zone.
I see competitions as a great way to keep yourself accountable to your training and to add another layer of motivation towards the practice.
Yoga is a discipline of mind and body and if competitions bring you closer to that that state of yoga then they are a good thing in my opinion.
